Availability of Stock
Whilst every reasonable attempt will be made to ensure that information and product availability is listed correctly on our website, we cannot guarantee the availability of all items. If, for any reason, we cannot immediately supply a listed product or if a product is sold out we will contact you via either email or telephone to advise you of the delay or, if required, advise you on an alternative.
Shipping Information
All prices are GST inclusive and are quoted in Australian dollars.
Orders will be shipped within 3-5 working days of placing your order.
Delivery fee is $10.00 standard across Australia, $20.00 for New Zealand.
Returns Policy
If goods received are not as you expected, we will gladly refund on the return of your purchase within 10 days of receipt.
The goods must be returned in their original packaging and in the same condition that they left the store. Goods must be accompanied with the original receipt of purchase.
Damaged goods must be advised by e-mail within 2 days of receipt of purchase.
We will replace damaged goods if possible otherwise a full refund will be credited to you.
The customer is responsible for any shipping charges on returned goods unless the goods are damaged, in which case One, Two Buckle My Shoe will pay for shipping.
Refunds will be credited to original credit card on which the order was placed.
